Our Story
Sign Recruiters was built by commercial sign-industry professionals who have spent decades working in it. Over the course of those careers, we saw firsthand how difficult it can be for sign companies to find qualified talent — and how hard it is for skilled sign professionals to connect with the right opportunities.
The problem isn't a lack of talent or a lack of jobs. It's that the sign industry has never had a dedicated recruiting resource built specifically for it. Generic job boards don't understand the difference between a fabricator and an installer. Staffing agencies don't know what makes a great sign salesperson or project manager.
